SOCIAL COMMUNITY OF UKRAINE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Abstract
Ukraine proclaimed it self a socio-legal state.
This position is entrenched in the basic law - the
Constitution of Ukraine. Social protection is
guaranteed to all segments of the population, to all
categories of citizens, regardless of gender, age,
social and racial origin, religious preferences. The
realization of the main tasks of social policy requires
fundamental investigations of international standards
in the social sphere, which is intensifying the
scientific search and determines the contemplation of
the article. The contemplation of this article is to
study the conformity of state social standards of
Ukraine with international standards in modern conditions. Standards in the social sphere are the basic guideline for national legislation and are intended to ensure a decent standard of living for all voidable groups, to raise their material level, to establish appropriate guarantees for the realization of social rights. Among the main grounds of social standards, it is necessary to share the following: normative clarity, reference manner, the combinations of requirements which need to respect scrupulously and statutory character.
