REFORMATION OF INDUSTRY OF TOURIST ACTIVITY IN ASPECT ECONOMIC LEGAL MECHANISM

Abstract

In the floor the problem questions of current legislation are examined in the field of grant of services of tourist industry, a legislation is analysed from the grant of services in the field of tourist activity, dividing of grant of tourist services is conducted into elements, subjects is reflected -who can give tourist services.
Consisting of tourist industry is analysed of the state and on the basis of the got facts certain suggestions are done in relation to an exit from the formed critical condition of grant of services at tourist industry.
Some priority directions of subsequent theoretical researches of problems are certain in the field of grant of tourist services and some practical solutions of existent problems are offered in the process of integration of domestic legislation to the legislation of EU.
