Abstract

Digitized tools in the process of preventing cor-ruption in the public authorities of Ukraine: improv-ing legislative and practical approaches
Summary. The article considers and analyzes the main legal acts in the field of combating and prevent-ing corruption. Suggestions and ideas on legislative and practical approaches to improving digitalized tools in the process of preventing corruption in the public authorities of Ukraine are provided. It is pro-posed to develop an e-government strategy and adopt a special legal act that would regulate the activities of e-applications.
Thus, in order to introduce an effective system of electronic government in the state, the necessary infrastructure must be created and functioning, a policy of supporting innovations and the development of communication systems, including high-speed Internet, must be developed, and the necessary legis-lation must be adopted. The quality of e-government depends on certain factors, including digital legisla-tion, effective information and digital policies, access of users to the e-government system, as well as their motivation and level of education. The proposed proposals for improving digital tools and legislation in Ukraine, as a means of preventing corruption in public authorities, are effective and efficient; and it is they who will form a powerful civil society and a legal, social and transparent state.
