TRIAL OF CIVIL CASES IN ABSENTIA IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the main aspects of trial of civil cases in absentia in the civil process of Ukraine. The author examines existing problems of trial of civil cases in absentia suggests solutions. The author analyzes the conditions and characteristics of such cases.
