DYNAMICS OF SUPERVISION (CONTROL) REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES BY STATE BODIES

Abstract

The article examines the analysis of current legislation regarding supervision (control) by state bodies and local self-government bodies over eco-nomic activity. The dynamics of making changes to the legislation on supervision (control) by state au-thorities during the period of martial law in the state, taking into account the EU legislation on this topic, is analyzed. These problems are related to the practi-cal implementation of supervision (control) of state authorities and local self-government over economic activity. It was determined that a necessary condition for the sustainable development of the state's econo-my is supervision (control) in the regulation of eco-nomic activity (regardless of the circumstances under which economic activity is conducted). The need for the functioning of an integrated automated system of state supervision (control) over economic activity as an element of protection of the violated rights and interests of business entities from the activities of control bodies has been proven
