DEVELOPMENT OF PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF ARMED AGGRESSION

Abstract

The work is devoted to the protection of legitimate interests through the use of alternative methods of resolving disputes during the period of martial law and armed aggression on the territory of our state. On the basis of the research of legislation and scientific literature, the main problems of the protection of intellectual property rights were identified and ways of solving such problems were proposed.
