GUARANTEES WHEN IMPLEMENTING SPECIAL ECONOMIC REGIMES: RECONSIDERING APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING

Abstract

The article is devoted to defining the features and characteristic trends of the development of the service sector in recent years. The dynamics of international trade in services according to the geographical structure and types of development of countries have been studied. It has been established that the services market is the most promising today in conditions of equal access and constant globalization. The prospects for the development of trade in services in the modern conditions of market globalization are outlined. The authors emphasize the importance of analyzing the market of transport services, define its segments, infrastructure and features of legal regulation. The analysis of expert opinions and the study of the works of scientists gave grounds for concluding that the transport sector of Ukraine is quite promising for its further development and inclusion in the international transport system. Certain steps to revitalize the transport services market were proposed, and proposals were made to amend the legislation. Prospects for further exploration in this direction. Today, important areas of work for the full inclusion of Ukraine in the system of international trade in transport services are the determination of ways to overcome those challenges that have repeatedly appeared before various segments of the transport market. There is also an urgent need to unify legislation in the field of international transportation by various types of transport between Ukraine and the EU.
