Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of protecting the rights of the employer as a subject of labor law; the legal regulation of the protection of the employer's rights is analyzed from the point of view of effectiveness and achieving a balance of the rights of the subjects of the employment contract; the concept of "employer" and methods of protecting his rights as a party to an employment contract are clarified; proposed ways of improving legislation for effective protection of employers' rights
