INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN COMBAT OPERATIONS

Abstract

The article explores the use of artificial intelligence in armed conflict from the perspective of international humanitarian law. The article investigates the norms of international humanitarian law regulating the use of weapons and military equipment and examines their principles and criteria for application in relation to AI. The conclusions of the article provide a better understanding of the importance of considering the principles of international humanitarian law in the development and use of AI in the military sphere.
