REGARDING THE PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL PROTECTION LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the principles of social security law, through the study of them as a dynamic fundamental category. Separate scientific provisions regarding the development of doctrinal teaching regarding the category "principles of law" and their influence on the definition and classification of the principles of social security law are considered. The classifications of the principles of social security law according to various criteria are given and the trends in the development of branch principles are determined. It was determined that the effectiveness of legal regulation in the field of social security will depend on the extent to which the principles of social security law are reflected in regulatory acts. The influence of general and constitutional principles of law on the formation of sectoral principles of social security law, in particular the principle of the rule of law, is identified.
