LEARNING AS AN ATTEMPT TO SOLVE SCIENTIFIC PROBLEMS: COMPONENT OF DUALITY OF EDUCATION

The article summarizes the theoretical and
certain practical achievements of the educator on
the way to laying the foundation for consideration
of dual education in all its complexity. The
expediency of improving not only the existing
models of dual forms of education, but also the
development of promising models for lawyers is
argued. The experience of scientific management of
student educational and research activities,
preparation of reports, articles, theses, etc., which
allows paying attention to the issue of expanding
the forms of application of elements of the dual form
of obtaining higher education in the process of
training specialists in the field of law, is outlined.
Argumentation of the capacity of the working
hypothesis regarding the perception of the dual
education component of training by the students of
a successful attempt to solve existing theoretical
and practical problems, which are recognized by
specialists as requiring research, is provided.
In the process of obtaining a higher legal
education, it is proposed to introduce mandatory
encouragement of education seekers to active research work and intellectual publicity.
