It was determined that during the crisis and rapid changes in the external environment, which are caused by objective reasons, management systems of organizations require appropriate adaptation and flexibility. The need to identify the prerequisites for the study of safety-oriented management in organizations is shown. It was determined that for domestic enterprises in modern conditions, the question is not just their adaptation and sustainable functioning, but the question of survival. The key task for Ukrainian organizations in modern conditions is the formation of such a management system that would be both stable and flexible to external changes, which is actualized in the need for the formation of security-oriented management of organizations.
The subject field and research directions of safety-oriented management in organizations are defined, the scientific and practical problem and the working hypothesis of the research are formulated. The prerequisites for the study of safety-oriented management in organizations have been identified and summarized in the form of a set of objective and theoretical prerequisites for the functioning and development of organizations and the socio-economic system in conditions of large-scale and unpredictable changes, it will contribute to the development and application of modern applied science-based approaches to the formation of security-oriented management systems of organizations to overcome the socio-economic consequences of war.
The objective and theoretical prerequisites for the formation of safety-oriented management in organizations in Ukraine are analyzed. The objective prerequisites are based on the state and development of objects and objects of the material world and are associated in Ukraine with the challenges and threats of the negative impact of military actions, the internal labor shortage, as well as the probable deterioration of the macroeconomic situation. The theoretical prerequisites of the study reflect the state of scientific opinion on the subject of research and constitute the scientific basis for the study of security-oriented management systems of organizations in the form of a set of interdisciplinary concepts and theories in the field of management theory: such as economic security and security studies, regional development, sustainable development.
It has been proven that when developing safety-oriented management in organizations, attention should be paid to the sources of the existence of objective prerequisites. It is proposed to consider the conceptual model of the study of safety-oriented management in organizations in the form of a set of theoretical and objective prerequisites and relationships between them. The proposed conceptual model for the study of safety-oriented management in organizations made it possible to determine further research directions.
