Questions of systemic character when revealing the discrepancy between the employee of the position held or work performed
Abstract
In the article legal description of order of discharging an employee is given in case of systematic nonperformance or unproper execution of labour duties without good rea- sons and exposure of disparity of worker held a position or executable work in the context of their logical connection. The question of possible normative association of these grounds of discharging an employee is studied.
