Abstract

The article considers the conceptual and technological principles of building an interactive WEB application of a digital university using the example of the TimeTable SNU system in the conditions of modern digital transformation of higher education. The purpose of forming a digital university is to create an integrated complex of interconnected digital services that provide support for educational, scientific and managerial activities, as well as data interoperability between these services. Coordinated interaction of digital components contributes to increasing the efficiency of the educational process, optimizing management decisions and reducing the administrative burden on participants in the university community. An architectural template of a module is proposed for organizing a multi-user window information WEB system, oriented to work in a cloud environment and ensuring the principle of "everything and from everywhere". JavaScript objects are implemented - a window manager and a window interactive interface class, which provide window life cycle management, user event processing and state synchronization in a distributed environment. The relevance of the work is due to the need to ensure the continuity of the functioning of higher education institutions in Ukraine under martial law, the spatial dispersion of students and academic staff, as well as the need to create adaptive digital solutions for relocated universities. An interactive web application TimeTable SNU has been developed and implemented, which includes modules for the educational department, dean's office, user profiles, its own resource repository, video communication and chat, the formation of individual curricula and electronic document flow. The system provides automated formation of schedules and sessions, classroom occupancy control, management of selective components, remote interaction of participants in the educational process and legally significant registration of documents in digital form. The proposed approach confirmed the effectiveness of using its own SPA architecture to build a scalable and adaptive digital university. The TimeTable SNU system ensures the implementation of the principle of "everything and from everywhere", increases the resilience of higher education institutions to external challenges, and can be used as a basis for forming an integrated educational digital ecosystem of Ukraine with the potential for further adaptation for secondary education institutions.
