Protection of authors’ rights
Any manuscript received for review is the intellectual property of the authors and is not subject to disclosure with any person who does not have the editorial authority. The editor and members of the editorial board should not provide other persons with any information about the article, such as the terms of receipt, content, stages and features of the review, comments made by the reviewers, and the final decision on the publication, except the authors and reviewers. Violation of this requirement is possible only in case of presence of signs or statement about the unreliability or falsification of the materials of the article.
Reviewing is conducted confidentially on the principles of double-blind review (double-blind "review", when neither the author nor the reviewer knows about each other). The interaction between the author and reviewers takes place through the executive editor of the collection of research materials.
After the adoption of a positive editorial decision, the article is published in the collection and placed on the appropriate electronic resources. In accordance with international law, in respect of copyright compliance, electronic information resources, materials, electronic collection of research materials or project may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any form (electronic or print) without the prior written consent of the authors and editorial board of the collection. When using published materials in the context of other documents, a reference to the original source is required.
