SYNERGETIC APPROACH AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF THE SOCIAL-HUMANISTIC COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE OFFICER

According to the title, the importance of applying a synergistic approach to the professional training of future officers, especially for the socio-humanistic component of their professional development is analyzed in the article. The outlined purpose of the article aims to determine the main characteristics of the synergetic approach for the educational process of the military highschool on the formation of value socio-humanistic orientations of cadets. The basic information about the research of scientists in the field of synergetics, namely its transformation into the social sphere as a basic idea of the theory of self-organization is highlighted.
It is established that synergetics reveals the features of social, cognitive and communicative situations and allows individuals to think synergistically, to be critical of personal formulations and to demand radical changes. It is substantiated that synergetic thinking contributes to the organization of the information society, is in close contact with the environment, understands it and allows individuals to understand their spiritual world on the basis of self-observation, elimination, practice, empathy. It is examined that the synergetic approach has found its spread in the field of pedagogy. The analysis of the scientific literature allowed us to conclude that there is a lack of unity of opinion of researchers on the unambiguous interpretation and understanding of the synergetic approach in pedagogy, which demonstrates the versatility of this phenomenon. However, the researchers' conclusions show the unity of opinions regarding the nature of the principles of self-organization of this system with multiple structures. The focus is on the characterization of synergetics as a "new worldview", "universal metalanguage", a means of humanizing education, combining humanitarian and scientific components for the effectiveness of the educational process. It is proved that the synergetic approach can be used as a theoretical and methodological basis for higher military education to create a socio-cultural educational and information environment of cadets, the formation of their holistic picture of the world, improving the efficiency of cognitive activity.
