PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION OF TEACHERS OF THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL: FACTORS OF INFLUENCE

The article examines the socio-psychological factors influencing the process of professional adaptation of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. It is determined that they are due to the integral nature. It is found that the process of professional adaptation is influenced by various factors: environmental factors to which the adaptation is carried out (workplace, technological process, the content of production tasks, opportunities for promotion and training); individual and personal factors directly related to the characteristics of the adapter (readaptation level of knowledge, skills and abilities, the nature of motivation, which determines the attitude to activities, individual psychological characteristics of the individual); factors of management of process of adaptation (control of production process by the management, encouragement and stimulation of successful performance of tasks, training by means of an example); socio-psychological factors (socio-psychological climate of the team, the presence of group norms and sanctions, the style of interpersonal interaction in the group). The study developed a theoretical model of the structure of factors influencing the management of professional adaptation of teachers: socio-economic factors, socio-psychological factors (interaction with the leader, psychological atmosphere in the team, interpersonal interaction, status-hierarchical relations); individual psychological (psychophysiological factors, personal factors); socio-demographic factors. It is determined that they all have different effects on the success of adaptation and its outcome depending on the degree of intensity and duration of exposure.
