SPIRITUAL AWAKENING OF THE INDIVIDUAL: CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES, CONDITIONS AND FACTORS

Abstract

The article reveals the concept of "spiritual awakening" of the individual, using Christian, spiritual and philosophical, noospheric and scientific approaches.
The author's definition of this concept is presented, in which a spiritually awakened person is interpreted as a person with a cosmoplanetary level of consciousness, a carrier of spirituality, spiritual knowledge, an active information and energy unit of the Universe through which spiritual cosmic energies are transmitted.
The main mission of a spiritually awakened person is to spiritualize the world, to bring beauty and harmony, love and goodness, peace and truth into the life of mankind, contributing to its evolution. Spiritual self-development, spiritual growth is the highest meaning of his life.
The image of a spiritually awakened person in the works of outstanding scientists of the XX-XXI centuries (A. Maslow, M. Savchin, followers of the teachings of V. Vernadsky) and their characteristic psychological features are considered.

The conditions promoting spiritual awakening of the individual are characterized: a spiritual way of life; priority of spiritual values; the ability to manage their emotions, feelings, thoughts, behavior; stable self-discipline; positive orientation of the individual, attitude to creativity, harmonization of relations with the world; conscious desire for spiritual self-development and self-improvement; spiritual, moral, personal and social levels of maturity; high spiritual-moral and spiritual-aesthetic levels of development; enlightened consciousness, achieving a state of internal harmony through prayer, meditation and other spiritual practices.
The factors of spiritual awakening of the personality are identified: classical music, literature, poetry, art, communication with people of high spiritual level, information-energy interaction with spiritual literature, etc.
