PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF UPBRINGING THE POLYCULTURALITY OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the upbringing of multiculturalism in future teachers of foreign languages. The importance of pedagogical conditions is substantiated, which in the created polycultural and polylingual environment of a higher educational institution ensure the formation of a multicultural personality of a teacher of foreign languages on the basis of sociocultural identification of the individual, mastering the system of knowledge, concepts and ideas about multiculturalism in a multicultural environment, contribute to the development of social communication skills and a positive attitude to diversity cultures; pedagogical conditions are defined that contribute to the upbringing of multiculturalism of future teachers of foreign languages: building the process of teaching foreign languages on the principle of integrating academic disciplines with a multicultural component in accordance with the tasks and main components of multiculturalism; the use of interactive technologies for the formation of socio-cultural and polycultural competence, which provides for bilingualism, polylinguism (didactic conditions); creation of a multicultural educational environment of a higher educational institution; dialogical interaction in the process of socio-cultural activity (educational) motivation and orientation towards multicultural and multilingual self-development, readiness to master several languages; development of self-reflection of acquired knowledge and self-regulation of actions from the standpoint of the norms and rules of intercultural interaction by means of coach technologies (acmeological conditions); it is concluded that for the formation of a competitive specialist, communicative positive personality, capable of active and effective life in a multicultural environment, who has a developed understanding and respects other cultures, knows how to live in peace and harmony in a multipolar world, it is necessary to form, first of all, the qualities of the multicultural personality of a teacher-philologist.
