THE ROLE OF SPIRITUAL PRACTICES IN THE PROCESS OF SPIRITUAL-INTUITIVE SELF-AWAKENING OF THE INDIVIDUAL

Abstract

The article is devoted to the identification of the role of spiritual practices in the process of spiritual and intuitive self-awakening of the individual.
An integral part of a person’s spiritual self-awakening is developed intuition, the source of which is the spirit, which is the link between the spiritual and earthly world, thus enabling the individual to be a guide and bearer of spiritual knowledge.
The types of intuition are characterized depending on the level of spiritual development of the individual: intuition-anticipation, professionally-oriented intuition, spiritual intuition, which is inherent in a spiritually awakened person.
The following ways of spiritual-intuitive self-awakening of the individual are considered:
• spiritual practices (prayer, meditation);
• spiritual study of relevant religious, spiritual and philosophical primary sources, works of high art, information and energy interaction with which increases the spiritual level of a person, awakens his spiritual and intuitive capabilities;
• significant events in human life (strong and deep love, fateful meetings with people-carriers of spirituality; spiritual crises, military conflicts and confrontations, suffering, losses that contribute to changes in human consciousness, rethinking the meaning of life, their own values, etc.).

The importance of prayer and meditation in the process of spiritual and intuitive self-awakening of the individual is revealed. As an example, the spiritual practices “Lotus Flower” that harmonize the inner world of a person, fill him with the life-giving energy of love, light, joy, happiness, adjust to information and energy consonance, adequate interaction with the Spiritual world, contribute to the spiritual, mental and physical healing of the individual.
