FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN THE PROCESS OF MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AS A METHOD OF PRODUCTIVELY SUPPORTING PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract

The article explores and defines the concept of "psychological climate" as a general emotional and dynamic mood of the team, which involves creating a healthy creative environment in the team with high performance and is directly dependent on which management style is chosen by the leader. The authors highlight the factors influencing the formation of the psychological climate in the team such as: diligence, discipline, adequate self-esteem and mutual respect.

The influence of psychological climate on the productivity of teachers is studied: a positive psychological climate raises a person's mood, his creative potential, positively affects the desire to work in this team, use their creative and physical forces for the benefit of others, and a negative psychological climate leads to emotional depression, as a consequence – stress and low level of professional activity, the possible occurrence of conflict situations.

The role of managerial decisions of the head in the formation and maintenance of a positive psychological climate in the teaching staff of the preschool educational institution as an activity aimed at achieving the most effective use of employees to achieve the goals of the institution. The main task of the head of the preschool institution is general management of the process of functioning and development of the management system and establishment of a comfortable psychological climate in the team, which is considered to be the basis of stable state of the whole pedagogical team.

The most effective ways of forming and maintaining the psychological climate in the teaching staff of a preschool educational institution are selected: interpersonal interactions and collective interactions.
