TRAINING WORK IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE

Abstract

The article analyzes the training work in the social sphere, highlights the views of modern scientists regarding the effectiveness of training both for certain categories of citizens and for territorial communities.

The areas of application of training technologies for different categories of recipients of social services, who are united by a common goal of acquiring specific (up-to-date) knowledge: getting out of a difficult life situation, adapting to dynamic changes in society, emphasizing the need for personal development, have been updated.

The effectiveness of the use of training technologies in the educational activities of adults is considered, which can be characterized by the functions directly performed by trainings: learning, development, motivation, communication, relaxation, etc. The components of educational activities using training technologies are listed, namely: preparation for training; training activity, training; self improvement.

Certain characteristics of the educational activity of adults are outlined, which must be taken into account when organizing training work. A clear definition of the status and established duties of training organizers. Individual psychological and age characteristics of adults, as well as knowledge used by participants. Adults are more responsible and have much more responsibilities associated with social status. The ability to freely express one's own thoughts, take an active part in group discussions, games, receive feedback, reflect, etc. A number of obstacles that can hinder the effective learning of adults, taking into account psychological and pedagogical phenomena, are presented: the influence of traditional learning methods, discomfort during learning, low level of harassment and lack of motivation, lack of an information base on effective learning.
