SAFETY OF THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS UNDER MARTIAL LAW

The article deals with the issue of security, which is relevant in the period of martial law, as a primary human need. The authors describe the content of the concept of «Safety of educational space of preschool education institution». The peculiarities of organising a safe educational space of preschool educational institutions during martial law as the creation of special conditions that prevent any kind of physical, psychological, informational, social, moral, material danger to all participants in the educational process, provide protection from negative influences and create comfort for the life and development of the individual are analysed. It is determined that security in the educational space of GEI includes psychological, physical and informational components. The main conditions for organising a safe educational space in the GEI are described: anticipation of danger, prevention of danger, automaticity of actions in case of danger.
The work contains an analysis of the experience of Israeli educational institutions, which should be taken into account to ensure the safety of participants in the educational process of the Ukrainian GEI. Attention is focused on the importance of children's information security as a component of a safe educational space. The approaches and strategies for organising a safe educational space in the GEI are identified: choosing the appropriate format and mode of operation, strengthening the access control regime, adherence to the principles of universality, maintaining a favourable psychological climate and psychological support, eliminating the negative information burden on children, updating the areas of partnership with parents of pupils, organisational and methodological support for training and staff training. The main directions of preparatory work on the organisation of a safe space of the GEI under martial law are formulated. The concepts of shelter, safe locations are defined, and the peculiarities of their organisation and equipment are described.
