Abstract

The article notes that the complication of the teacher's educational activities, strengthening the creative nature of teaching, the ability to work in multivariate, comprehensive programs requires a review of the training system. It is proved that the priority problem of higher educational institutions of pedagogical direction at the stage of Ukraine's integration into the European educational space is the training of a new generation of teachers capable of providing a creative educational process at all stages of their own development and realization of creative potential. Attention is drawn to the contradiction between the need to prepare professional creative graduates ready to work in the New Ukrainian School and the lack of focus of higher education institutions on the development of creativity of future bachelors of primary education as an integral characteristic of effective future professional functions. The problematic circle of concepts "creativity", "creative activity", "creativity", "creative activity" is covered. The difference in the concepts of "creativity" is understood, understood as a process that has a certain specificity and leads to the creation of a new one, and "creativity", which is presented as an internal human resource. Philosophical, psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of creative professional activity of future primary school teachers are analyzed. Creative activity as a result and personally significant activity, new quality based on reflection and subjective self-assessment are characterized. The author's definition of the phenomenon "creative professional activity" as integrated personal education is formulated. in the process of performing pedagogical tasks and creates conditions for creative development and self-development of the individual.
