The article examines the issue of formation and development of a creative personality during group work. The main tasks of education of children with special needs in out-of-school institutions are highlighted. The author formulated the definition of the concept of "child's creativity", "creativity" as the basis of a child's productive development, research behavior. Psychological-pedagogical and methodical works on the issue of the development of creative activity of a child with special educational needs are analyzed. At the current stage of the development of special pedagogy, one of its main tasks is the comprehensive development of a child's personality, the development of their creative abilities, a creative approach to changing the world around them, the activity and independence of mental processes. The article proves the necessity of using various pedagogical forms and methods of inclusive education of a child with special educational needs in the New Ukrainian School. Inclusive education of children with special educational needs is an important topic in the educational system of the New Ukrainian School. However, unfortunately, inclusion can be disrupted for various reasons, which creates problems for children with special needs. One of the main problems of inclusive education in the New Ukrainian School is insufficient training of teachers to work with such children. Inclusive education requires special skills, knowledge and understanding of the needs of children with different educational needs. It is important to provide an inclusive environment where all children feel accepted and have equal opportunities to participate. It is also important to create an adapted learning environment taking into account the needs of children with special educational needs, to include the necessary equipment and materials.
