VECTOR OF SPIRITUALITY IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article examines the factors of synergy of systems and processes in the reconstruction of Ukraine, which are based on the unique vector of the spirituality of the Ukrainian nation. The characteristic features of the present and the approximation of the educational systems of Ukraine to the leading European countries, their influence on social and economic development, production and consumption of material and spiritual values, and on the level of well-being of broad sections of the population, precisely in the light of the reconstruction of Ukraine, are determined. Ensuring the high competitiveness of the country and forming an innovative model of economic development is foreseen. It was determined that at the level of kinship of worldview values of Ukraine with the Euro-Atlantic community, Spiritual and cultural kinship arises, which is also one of the dimensions of the vector of spirituality. It is argued that the modern reform of education fundamentally differs from all previous ones in that it is for the first time carried out not on the basis of state-class ideological requests, but on the ideas of the meaningful and valuable existence of a person, on the logic of his evolutionary development. It was determined that the main paradigm for the development of the vector of spirituality of those seeking education in the conditions of war is the creation of safe conditions for learning, constant psychological support, involvement of parents in the educational process, emotional safety and increasing the level of satisfaction of social and spiritual needs.

Taking into account the challenges presented in this work, it is necessary to creatively and systematically develop complex explanatory and propaganda work regarding the spiritual and cultural affinity of Ukraine and the Euro-Atlantic community in key spheres of society's life. The historic chance to defeat the aggressor will allow Ukraine to restore territorial integrity, rebuild the economy and social sphere, and create conditions for deep modernization in the scientific and educational spheres on the basis of the system-forming vector of the spirituality of Ukrainians.
