Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the content of skills that are a component of the value-deontological competencies of the future IT specialist. She considers the importance of these skills in solving professional issues and making responsible decisions in the information field.

Considering the issues of value-deontological competences of future IT specialists, this article analyzes in detail the important aspects that form the basis of these competences. It examines various aspects of skills necessary for successful professional development in the field of information technology. At the same time, special attention is paid to the practical aspects of introducing 21st century skills into the training process of future IT specialists. It was found that the formation of 21st century skills is extremely important for the preparation of future IT specialists for several key reasons, such as the technological dynamics of information technology development, and therefore future IT professionals must be ready for constant changes and updates. In addition to technical knowledge, modern IT professionals must possess skills in the areas of communications, critical thinking, analytics and teamwork, and the rapid adoption of new technologies and work methods requires a willingness to adapt to new requirements and skills, and this should be facilitated by a set of basic personality values future IT specialist. As the impact of technology on our society deepens, ethical and cybersecurity issues become important for future IT professionals.

It has been established that the formation of 21st century skills is necessary in order for future IT specialists to be able to work effectively in the modern technological environment and contribute to the development of society. The article also analyzes possible ways of integrating these competencies into the educational process for training future IT professionals.
