MODEL OF TRAINING FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS FOR THE SOCIAL REHABILITATION PROCESS

Abstract

The article proves the need to strengthen the training of future social workers for the social rehabilitation process. The model of professional training of future social workers for the social rehabilitation process was considered, which includes the following components: information readiness; psychological readiness; methodological readiness, and value-normative readiness. The content of each listed component is characterized and the correspondence to the stages of professional training is established: ensuring the information readiness of students, that is, the formation of a system of theoretical knowledge on the problem of social rehabilitation, as well as the development of analytical and synthetic skills, which involves a quick search, analysis and operation of scientific information, corresponds to analytical and synthetic staged; the formation of psychological readiness, which is reflected in the stability of the professional and personal position, corresponds to the stage of professional and personal formation; the formation of methodical readiness for the organization of the rehabilitation process and individual rehabilitation work with clients, which predicts the acquisition of methodical knowledge, the formation of skills to create a rehabilitation environment, organize individual rehabilitation based on taking into account the strengths of the individual and corresponds to the operational and technological stage; the formation of value-normative readiness for professional activity, which is based on the formation of a positive worldview, an optimistic position, leadership qualities, the ability to make a choice and protect the right to freedom in professional activity, corresponds to the preventive and conservation stage. The model of training future social workers for the social rehabilitation process is schematically presented.
