The article proves that the problem of socio-pedagogical support of families by social workers remains relevant for studying the theory and practice of forming the professional readiness of a bachelor of social work for this type of professional activity. It has been established that social workers, who are entrusted with the social support of families, are not sufficiently familiar with the specifics of the process of interaction with a certain category of families, do not know their peculiarities, do not possess the appropriate technologies for solving certain problems of life activity, which, in turn, , does not allow to ensure the appropriate level of socio-pedagogical assistance to a specific family. It is justified that when working with each category of families, a bachelor of social work should have knowledge of the essence, typology of families and, accordingly, the peculiarities of education and approaches to pupils in their professional activities. The necessary pedagogical conditions that determine the effectiveness of the process of forming the readiness of future social workers for socio-pedagogical support of families have been developed and substantiated: development and implementation of the special training course "Social-pedagogical family support"; use of interactive methods in the study of compulsory academic subjects; mastering the skills of socio-pedagogical support of families by future social workers based on the integration of theoretical and practical training.
