Abstract

The article summarizes the views of modern teachers on the social nature of the individual as a condition for the formation of a "healthy lifestyle". With a variety of approaches to the definition of "human health", scientists agree that one of the signs of this condition - the harmonious unity of biological and social qualities due to the interaction of genotype and environment, human health – is always an individual lifestyle a certain psychophysical constitution of man, his style, way of life (behavior), his upbringing (culture). From our point of view, the "creative force" (A. Adler) – a creative activity aimed at forming a culture of health – is equally important. Thus, the social character of the individual is one of the key components in the formation of a "healthy lifestyle".

The use of a personal approach to learning involves taking into account the complexity of the child’s personality, developmental history and all its individual characteristics. The implementation of such an approach in teaching involves the development of a personally significant attitude to the subject of study, which is carried out by transforming externally given information into personally significant, valuable and relevant for each student.

The practical realization of the idea of active formation of a personality is possible only in the conditions of integration of processes of training, education, development, and each student’s own formation. One of the limiting factor is health. Therefore, external forces (efforts of educators) and own resources should be aimed at maintaining and strengthening physical and mental health.
