Abstract

The article describes the modern requirements for the professional activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people. The complexity of solving the problem of forming professionally competent future social workers capable of effective professional activity is shown. The latest scientific studies on the problems of training modern highly qualified specialists for professional activities are analyzed. modern requirements for the professional activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people are characterized. A discrepancy has been revealed between the professional training of a social worker and modern labor market requirements. The main features of a social worker for the protection of the rights of young people, as well as priority requirements for the training of social workers in the social protection of the rights of young people, are identified. Professional requirements for specialists in social protection of the rights of youth are highlighted. The focus is on the functions, knowledge, skills, abilities and professionally significant personal qualities of a modern social worker for the social protection of the rights of young people. The main methods of the types of activities of social workers for the social protection of the rights of young people are highlighted. The promising areas of professional training of future social work professionals to protect the rights of young people are outlined.
