PEDAGOGICAL FACTORS OF SCHOOLCHILDREN VALUABLE ATTITUDE FORMATION TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The article analyses the pedagogical factors of forming the value attitude of schoolchildren to a healthy lifestyle. The most important of the stages of health culture formation are: knowledge of the categories «health», «health development», «healthy lifestyle», «health culture» (cognitive component); development and formation of relations to these categories (emotional component); formation of value orientations, conscious assessment of these categories, attitudes to one’s own health and the health of others (axiological component); bringing knowledge, attitudes, assessments and values to the behavioral level (behavioral component); their self-realization (creative component) and the actual formation of a culture of health - the ability to reflexive value determination of purpose, the emergence of life meanings, stable motives that control all previous stages (personal-activity component). Thanks to the latter component, the individual manages his health by purposefully improving the mechanisms of increasing adaptive and compensatory reserves at the organizational, mental and social levels, as well as consciously and actively uses health technologies.
Therefore, the specifics of the content of health technologies in school should be determined by organizational and pedagogical, gender and individual differences and consists in adapting the student’s personality to constantly changing social conditions in education, is to form an active, conscious position, self-determination and transformation of the student. The study of the problem of attitudes towards the health of schoolchildren has shown that the obligatory factor is the awareness of the value of health and the desire to act towards its strengthening and improvement.
