Abstract

The article reveals the content and implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of polyprofessional mobility of students of higher educational institutions - future managers-economists in the process of professional training, namely the development of sustainable motivation of future managers-economists for self-development of personal and professional qualities necessary for the formation of polyprofessional mobility; emphasis on a practice-oriented and interdisciplinary approach to the professional training of future managers-economists, taking into account the European training experience; creating an individual training trajectory for future managers-economists in the Western Military District by means of integrating formal and non-formal education.

It is noted that the implementation of pedagogical conditions occurs in stages: at the motivational-target stage - the acquisition of sustainable positive motivation and needs for the acquisition of professional knowledge, coinciding with the period of development of cognitive interest in the future profession: at the organizational and technological stage, ensuring the acquisition of a set of necessary competencies on an interdisciplinary basis to ensure effective professional management activities in the economic sphere and the reflexive-corrective stage, ensuring the functioning of the individual educational trajectory as a person-oriented organization of the educational process, which ensures the practical implementation of professional competence and contributes to the formation of an individual style of self-education. transition to an individual style of professional activity as a specialist. It is concluded that in the production of certain pedagogical conditions in the educational process, it should ensure high-quality training of managers in the economic sphere and the ability for polyprofessional activities in conditions of socio-economic transformation.
