Abstract

The article defines the essence of the concept of dialogue, and substantiates the relevance of developing a culture of dialogic interaction among future teachers, who are currently students of pedagogical specialties. Research indicates that the modernized education system requires future teachers not only to have a solid theoretical knowledge base but also to effectively communicate, build stable interpersonal relationships, and maintain efficient professional interaction. The conducted studies have confirmed the need for forming a culture of interaction, the interest of students and teachers in dialogue, and the need for improving dialogic interaction within the educational process at university and beyond.

To improve the present-day level of a culture of dialogic interaction, and to ensure efficient communication in the process of professional development and improvement, it is proposed to use interactive teaching methods and increase the role of facilitation techniques in the educational process. This will help to enhance students' interest in learning and develop the practical skills and competencies of an organizer, communicator, and facilitator necessary for future professional activity as teachers.
