Health-saving activities of future physical education teachers by means of health protection technologies

Abstract

The article reveals the problem of organizing health-saving activities in
pedagogical institutions of higher education as a substantive component in the professional training of a future physical education specialist, his/her further development as a competent professional specialist using health-saving technologies that ensure prevention, support and development of the health of the younger generation.
The several contradictions are identified in the article. The first one is between the social order of the state regarding the training of specialists in physical education, education of a healthy generation and insufficient development of this problem in the scientific literature. The second contradiction is the need to improve the process of developing the health-saving potential of an individual and, on this basis, education of a healthy lifestyle of students of physical education faculties of higher education institutions and their preparation for work on the prevention of health disorders in students of comprehensive schools.
The content of health-saving activities of future physical education specialists using health-saving technologies is considered. The attention is focused on the importance of developing a healthy lifestyle among education applicants. The effectiveness of using modern methods and approaches to health-saving activities in the pedagogical process is analyzed.
The results of the study emphasize the importance of introducing health-saving technologies in the training of future physical education specialists to improve theirhealth and maintain the activity of students. It is concluded that the problems of modernization of the current educational process, its personal-activity aspect are based on the introduction of health-saving technologies, they are the main provisions of the new paradigm of education.
