It was found out that health and sports work is implemented at a certain stage of physical development and physical training of students. One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of physical education of student youth is to develop standards of physical fitness according to appropriate values that ensure a stable level of health. It is noted that the methodology of forming the information space in the process of physical education of students occupies a prominent place in the development of scientists and specialists. The need to change program approaches and define directions for the development of physical education as a process aimed not only at physical development, functional improvement of the body, acquisition of basic life-necessary motor skills and skills, but also cultural education of the future intellectual elite, awareness of their own health, has become acute. only on a state scale, but also on an individual, personal level; the role of the organization of physical education and the timely use of its means in this process. All this creates the need to include physical education in the list of mandatory disciplines of higher educational institutions, the assimilation of which is carried out according to a specially developed program within the framework of clearly organized education under the leadership of professional teachers.
