Abstract

Modern trends of mass cultural and value changes lead to the actualization of special attention to the field of culture and arts. It is about the need to develop a system of professional education of the appropriate specialization, in particular the formation of axiological competence in future specialists in the field of culture and arts. An axiological development environment is considered an effective means of forming such competence.
Taking into account the above, the purpose of the study is to reveal the methodical aspects of experimental verification of the effectiveness of the axiodevelopment environment model as a means of professional training of future specialists in the field of culture and arts.
Based on the conducted research, all diagnostic methods have been grouped into four blocks: Block 1. Methods for studying students’ understanding of the essence and specifics of axiological knowledge and professionally significant values. Block 2. Methods for studying the assimilation of professionally significant values as motivating factors of cultural and artistic professional activity. Block 3. Methods for researching the specialist's ability to practically implement axiological competence as a reflection of internal acceptance and ability to implement and promote the values of culture and art. It is shown what exactly is diagnosed within certain methodical blocks.
For the first time, the position is substantiated that the diagnosis of axiological competence should be oriented towards the integral combination of all its components included in its structure, and accompanied by the determination of the level of their development. In this regard, a package of psychodiagnostic techniques has been created for the study of individual components of axiological competence. The perspective of the proposed diagnostic toolkit for researching the components of axiological competence of a specialist in the field of culture and arts has been empirically confirmed.
The scientific position on the perspective of implementation in educational practice with the aim of forming an axiological competence of the concept of axiodevelopment environment is substantiated.
