ON THE ISSUE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BORDER OFFICERS

The article analyses the problem of reforming the border service of Ukraine by improving the training of future officers of the department. The essence and status of the competence approach in the system of higher education of Ukraine are revealed, the definition of competence and organizational competence as the ability to carry out departmentalization is presented; ability to delegate authority; ability to estimate and determine the number of staff, is "control range"; ability to carry out vertical and horizontal coordination of activities, is coordination of actions in the border unit). The author analysed the meaning of the concept of "organization", as well as the basic theories of organization, focusing on its classical version. The main directions of scientific research on the problem of formation of organizational competence in future border guards are presented. Pedagogical conditions are: development of motivation of future border guards to carry out organizational professional activities; use of innovative technologies in the educational process in order to form professional and organizational knowledge; development of a structured special course in order to form organizational skills and abilities of future border guards; formation of reflective culture of future border guards. The conclusions of the research and prospects of further scientific research (determination of effective methods, techniques and technologies in the formation of organizational competence in future border guards, formulation of cross-cutting and specific guidelines for research and teaching staff on the formation of this competence in future professionals.
