USE OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN GENERAL TRAINING OF FUTURE BORDER OFFICERS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of issues of higher military education. In this general problem, the issue of general military training of future specialists of the border department is highlighted. Tasks for the protection and preservation of the state border in Ukrainian society are assigned to the border agency. This departmental structure has a long history of development, and has the opportunity to train its own officers in the only higher military educational institution of the border service – the National Academy. The purpose of general military training of future border officers is to create systematic knowledge, skills and abilities regarding the requirements and potential of the use of combat / special equipment; conducting hostilities, performing professional tasks in peacetime and special periods; on the procedure in the area of different types of infection.
The main tasks of general military training of future border guards are to understand the general characteristics of modern combat. The priority of this task is that the modern historical epoch is characterized by the emergence of many non-systemic phenomena and processes, and this directly affected the general features of modern combat: high tension; manoeuvrability; short duration; maximum speed; new ways of conducting hostilities, etc. The following innovative technologies have been identified that should be used in the general military training of border cadets and which allow to allocate more time for practice: simulation technologies; design technologies, training and workshop technologies, individual learning technology, coaching. The effectiveness of training will not have a positive trend, if research and teaching staff should not be categorical about a particular technology, technique, technique or tool.
