Abstract

The authors of the article substantiate the expediency of introducing the pedagogical technologies into the educational-upbringing process of students, which contribute to the development of competences for a responsible attitude to health and a healthy lifestyle. The criteria (motivational-target, cognitive-effective, reflexive-personal), indicators, and levels of formation of such competences as factors of spiritual culture of personality are determined. The experimental verification of the effectiveness of the pedagogical technologies on the formation of a responsible attitude of students to health and a healthy lifestyle were carried out based on the Department of Theoretical, Methodical Fundamentals of Physical Education and Rehabilitation; the Department of Physical Therapy, Physical Education and Biology; the Research Laboratory of Spiritual and Physical Education of Children and Students of Donbas State Pedagogical University (Sloviansk), and the Department of Physical Rehabilitation of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnics” (Chernihiv). 25 second-year students of the Faculty of Physical Education; 42 first- and second-year students of the Faculty of Psychology, Economics and Management and 47 first- and second-year students of the Philological Faculty were involved in the experimental research work. The positive dynamics of formation of responsible attitude to health and a healthy lifestyle in students of the experimental groups was established, which is characterized by an increase in the high level by 19.2% (in the control groups – by 2.3%) and a decrease in the low level by 31.7% (in the control groups – by 3.1%). It is proved that the introduced pedagogical technologies, as well as the criteria and indicators of the development of a responsible attitude of students to health and a healthy lifestyle, are effective factors in the formation of the spiritual culture of the individual.
