Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of trust as a humanistic value position in the context of philosophy and education. The work is devoted to consideration of trust in the general context of post-metaphysical discourse, where methods and reserves of its rethinking and application can be provided. The analysis of various methodological approaches, depending on the appropriate understanding of the essence of trust, allowed the authors to classify them for the introduction of the concept of trust into the modern philosophical and educational discourse.

The authors proved that the study of the phenomenon of trust has a special scientific and theoretical significance, since trust is a necessary concept for identifying the development of the very sociocultural and existential existence of a person, and, among other things, the educational existence that is in danger, where the breakdown of trust is observed both at the level interpersonal communication, and at the institutional educational level.

The article reveals the meaning of the concept of trust, highlights and describes its characteristic features.

The authors come to the conclusion that the problematization of trust inevitably leads to the problematization of the conditions of its existence, which made it possible to understand the a priori sphere in the process of its formation. This was facilitated by the modern situation of interdisciplinary interaction, when opportunities for the integration of different scientific worldviews based on different principles opened up.

The work substantiates that understanding the content of trust at the philosophical level and the presence of trust in direct interpersonal and institutional communication in the education system ensures the implementation of the principle of humanism in the theory and practice of education.
