Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of education of the new century, trends, and prospects for the development of education in the conditions of modern changes and requirements.

The researchers note that the pace of life of a modern person is higher than it used to be a few years ago, and incomparably faster compared to past centuries. Human physiology is not able to adapt so quickly. The fact that ethical imperatives are lagging behind the level of changes in the technical and energy-information environment attracts the attention of teachers.

The researchers analyse the synergetic paradigm of the world knowledge, the formation and main features of pedagogical synergy, and the newest form of pedagogical reflection.

A synergistic approach to education can most likely eliminate the consequences of differences in the technical, biological, and psychological-spiritual evolution of humanity. To reveal the way it can be done in practice is the goal of the applied field of pedagogical science and our research. On the way to this goal, we must resolve the issue of the urgent need for a new type of teachers, future teachers of the basics of health, capable of unconventional approaches to solving various pedagogical problems that simply could not arise before the energy-information leap in which humanity is now. Research of domestic and foreign scientists is devoted to the problems of using a synergistic approach in pedagogy, understanding and optimizing the known pedagogical systems from the point of view of forming a harmonious creative personality.

The article shows how domestic scientists and teachers invent new ways to find the most effective methods of modernizing educational technologies in accordance with modern challenges. Implementation takes place through modern learning technologies, which are combined with a synergistic approach thanks to the understanding of pedagogy as a complex system, which is characterized by openness, complexity, and systematicity.
