TRUST AS A KEY VALUE OF SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PARTNERSHIP IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the analysis of the main approaches to defining the concept of trust, its function and role in the context of socio-pedagogical partnership. The approach to defining trust as one of the basic values that ensure the effectiveness of partnership relations between participants in the educational process was further developed. The author focuses on the fact that trust is a necessary condition for creating a favorable psychological climate that contributes to the comprehensive development of children and their successful socialization. It is noted that trust contributes to increasing children's motivation to study and their activity in cognitive activities. Various factors affecting the formation of trust are considered, in particular, openness and honesty in communication, mutual respect and mutual assistance between participants in the educational process. Special attention is paid to the role of teachers in building trust, as well as the importance of parents in this process. The author emphasizes that trust between teachers and parents is the basis for creating partnerships that contribute to improving the quality of the educational process and children's development.
The author emphasizes the importance of systematic work on the development of trusting relationships and the creation of conditions for constant open communication between all participants in the educational process.
In general, the article contributes to the understanding of the importance of trust as a key value of socio-pedagogical partnership and provides practical recommendations for its strengthening in preschool education institutions.
